The garden is now looking a little bare.

I have still no idea how the geothermal heating works. Hopefully it will be able to deal with the temperature down here in the winter...

The garden has been completely turned over whilst the geothermal pipes went in.

Whilst the geothermal digging was taking place, we got them to remove the bamboo and tidy up generally. This is now the view from the kitchen patio.

The new fireplace - getting there

Master bedroom has now been plastered.

The master bathroom is almost complete. Shower tap, head nd door still to go in.

This is the magic unit that sucks the heat out of the garden and puts it into the boiler...

White house roof continues!

The roofers have turned up and started on the white house roof. John Marsdon is going down next week to paint the outside of the house and shutters.
